Melt your favorite chocolate in a heat safe bowl placed over a saucepan filled one- fourth of the way with boiling water. Stir the chocolate as it melts so it turns out nice and smooth like this:
Pour the melted chocolate into a squeeze bottle. Take some parchment paper and let your creativity run free as you write or draw ‘sweet nothings’ to your special someone. Need help? Craftsy has a useful tutorial on how to trace images with melted chocolate. Place your creations in the fridge and let them sit for about 15 to 20 minutes. You can pipe the frosting in the meantime. After 20 minutes take the chocolate out of the fridge (they should be stiff by now) and delicately press the garnish into the frosting. Be extra careful so not to break them. And….voila! Cute right?
